- 2,000 for two weeks (minimum stay)
- 4,000 for one month (less
10% for maximum of four adults and two children)
- 14,900 for
full summer (June1 through September 30, 2007).

- Payment due on reservation:
- Two weeks: 2,000 euros plus security
deposit.
- One Month: 3,000 euros plus security deposit.
- Full Summer: 10,000
euros plus security deposit.
Security Deposit: (payable on reservation)

- Summer, 4,000 euros
- Utilities costs are extra charges. Utilities
include heating gas, electricity, telephone.
They will be itemized and deducted at
actual cost from the security deposit
when such
utility statements
are
rendered.
Pets:
- One cat is OK (we have one too).
- Dogs or other animals are not allowed.
- Repairs or
replacement
for
damage to fabrics,
flooring or other areas will
be deducted from the Security Deposit.

Materials Included:
- Bed linens for six beds (two sets)
- Table
service for 12
- Gourmet-level cooking utensils, cleaning equipment,
washer and dryer, dishwasher.
Services:
- Orientation Tour :
For monthly and summer occupants on day of arrival or next
day: A local, bi-lingual scholar will come to give you
a driving tour of essential living needs: postal services,
stores,
bus-stops, merchants, restaurants, banks,
dry cleaners, best bars, driving directions to Florence, Pisa, Siena,
San Gimingnano. etc. Including (at your option) suggestions
for
exclusive, private-access tours
to cultural sites, off-road contacts with rural life, local tastings,
etc.
Same tour available to two-week occupants at extra cost.
- Personal Housekeeper
:
A lady will greet you on your arrival to show you how the home systems
work (security and keys, music and radio, internet access, kitchen
facilities (utensils storage,
stoves, refrigerators, dishwasher, refuse dispsal), clothes washing
machines, telephones, emergency phone numbers for hospitals, utilities,
repairs and
trades people.
your greeting housekeeper may be able to supply weekly cleaning services
by private arrangement.
